Global Jigsaw Puzzle League (GJPL) is the international governing body for competitive jigsaw puzzling: officially scored puzzle solving, run under one set of rules. GJPL sets the official competition formats, piece counts, official materials, rules and scoring, and connects every competition to a single four-level pathway that ends at the GJPL World Championship.
Ranked competition uses two piece counts: 300 or 500 pieces for Individual and Duo, and 500 pieces for the team formats. GJPL runs four competition levels: internal competition, City Championships, National Championships and the GJPL World Championship, where national champions compete. In countries with one participating city, the city champion represents the country.
Each participating city has one Official Licensed Operator, a separate business licensed by GJPL to run GJPL competitions and city championships in that city under the GJPL standards. Operators bring CONNECT to organisations in their city, build each client's private internal leaderboard, run the city championship, and log every session and its result with GJPL.
Organisations can also enquire through CONNECT at connect.gjpleague.com , or by email at connect@gjpleague.com .
